Eight students suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by car.
Rescue Squad 1 and Ambulance 1 responded, arriving on the scene and immediately requesting an EMS Task Force and subsequent Mass Casualty Task Force, bringing multiple ALS and BLS emergency medical units from Prince George’s and Montgomery County as well as the Medical Ambulance Bus.
The patients, all teenagers, were transported to area trauma centers for treatment.
