Shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday, November 24, Engine Company 1 along with Rescue Squad 14 (Berwyn Heights), Medic 844 and Ambulance 834 from Chillum-Adelphi were dispatched to the 7000 block of Adelphi Road in front of Northwestern High School for one reported trapped in a vehicle accident.
Units arrived to find a car into a tree with one person trapped. Squad 14 arrived on the scene and extricated the victim. Chief 1 (Hang) acting as Battalion Chief 4 had the command.
