At 2236 hours on Monday night, Rescue Squad 1 along with units from Bladensburg and Medic 844 were dispatched to the 5500 block of Kenilworth Avenue for a reported vehicle accident with entrapment.
Engine 809 arrived on the scene with an adult under the steering wheel.
Three doors and the roof were removed to give access to remove the patient to awaiting EMS crews.
The patient was transported to an area hospital. Chief 9 had the command.
