Around 2345 hours, Engine 12 was dispatched to 3200 Queens Chapel Rd to check on the welfare with County Police. While enroute, Communications advised they were receiving calls for a reported a car into the building. Engine 12 arrived on scene with a confirmed car into the building leaking gas with a partially ruptured home heating oil tank.

A full rescue assignment as well as Hazmat 30 was requested to respond. Squad 1 arrived with Engine 12 placing suppression lines in service and diking the gas from entering the sewer system. The crew from Squad 1 removed the patient from the vehicle and assisted with 449's transport. Hazmat 30 arrived and controlled the leak while crews stood by waiting for a crane to remove the car. Crews cleared around 0130 hours.
