At about 12:30 a.m., Engine 122 (College Park) and HVFD's Ambulance 19 were dispatched for a personal injury accident in the 2200 block of University Blvd. in Adelphi. The EMS unit arrived on the scene and requested a second BLS unit and Rescue Squad 1 to pop a door.

Squad 1, Chief 1 and Chief 1A responded, along with Ambulance 128. The Squad arrived, made quick work of the door pop, and returned to service in less than 15 minutes. Two patients were transported to area hospitals in stable condition.
