Feb 2nd - At 0621hrs Engine 12 and Truck 1 were dispatched along with Chief 1 to 4507 Queensbury Rd in Riverdale Co. 7’s first for a reported house fire.

Shortly after the dispatch, Engine 72 arrived with a working fire. Truck 1 arrived simultaneously while Engine 12 laid a line from Route 1.

The Truck went to work opening up, searching, and cutting a hole in the roof. Engine 12's crew stretched a line to the first floor and held the basement stairs, while the first line made an interior attack via the interior stairwell. During this time the line was redirected to side Alpha/Bravo in the interior for part of the room off and extension in the walls.

The fire was knocked with quick work from both the first arriving companies. This house presented firefighters with tight quarters and obstacles due to the amount of unneeded belongings. Chief 1 had the command of the incident. The Truck and Engine cleared at 0749hrs.
